He was educated in St. Mary’s parochial school and was employed by Glen Alden Corporation and also the Garden City Hotel, Long Island, N. Y., retiring 12 years ago. He was a veteran of World War I, serving with the Army in France. He was a member of St. Boniface Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. James J. Walsh, with whom he resided; a son, Richard, Elizabeth, N. J.; a brother, Thomas Gill, Kingston; a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Graham, Wilkes-Barre; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Funeral will be held from the funeral home, 89 Park Ave., Tuesday morning at 10 with a Requiem Mass at 10:30 at St. Boniface Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
