Miss Mae C. Gill died yesterday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Josephine Rushton, 409 Scott Street, East End section, following several months' illness.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Mary Ann Gill. She formerly operated restaurants at Kingston Corners and Harvey's Lake under her own name some time ago. She was a member of Ho;y Saviour Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.
Also surviving are three other sisters and a brother: Mrs. Anna Rushton, Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Agnes Fitzgerald and Mrs. Catherine Sauer, New York City, and Thomas, East End section, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the funeral home, 185 Kidder Street, on Monday at 10 with solemn high mass of requiem in Holy Savior Church at 10:30. Interment in St, Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call today and Sunnday 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p. m.
