Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Anna Button Gill of Wilkes-Barre Township and the late John J. Gill Sr.
She was formerly employed as a legal secretary by the Donald D. McFadden Law Firm, Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of St. Joseph Monastery Church, Wilkes-Barre.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Robert F.; sisters, Kathy Wolf, McKee City, NJ; Maureen Jesikiewicz, Mountaintop; brothers Jack, Thomas and James all of Wilkes-Barre Township; Edward and Robert, both of Wilkes-Barre; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Wednesday from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Monastery Church, Wilkes-Barre Township. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Christian wake services will be held at 3 p.m.
