Mr. Blazick resided in Wilkes-Barre most of his life. Prior to retirement in 1996, he was employed by the Wilkes-Barre School District in the maintenance department.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary Ann Gill, in 1995.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are a brother, Henry Blazick Jr.; sisters, Sharon Kioske and Doreen Zenex, all of Wilkes-Barre; nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be Wednesday at 9:30 in St. Mary’s Church of the Maternity, with the Rev. John S. Terry officiating.
Arrangements are by Robert Bednarski Funeral Home, Wilkes-Barre.
