Born in Plains Township, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Duffy Gill. Kathryn was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Plains Township, and was a homemaker all her life.
She was a member of the Parish Community of Sacred Heart/St. John's Church, Wilkes-Barre, and was a former member of St. Therese's Senior Citizens, Wilkes-Barre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil E. McCall Sr., on Nov. 1, 1978; son, Neil E. McCall Jr., on Aug. 26, 1998; brothers, Thomas and Peter Gill; infant brother, Donald Gill; sister, Celestine Waskiewicz; infant sister, Mildred Gill.
Surviving are daughters, Mary Collins, Pembroke Pines, Fla.; Kay Phillips, Buffalo Grove, Ill.; Jackie McCall, Kingston; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Joseph Gill, Plains Township; several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:30 in Sacred Heart Church, Wilkes-Barre, with Monsignor John Sempa, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 S. Main St., Plains Township.
