MARGARET G. REILLY, 79, of Forked River, LACEY

Margaret G. Reilly, 79, of Forked River, Lacey, died Sunday at home. She worked as a mortgage officer in the legal department of Jersey Mortgage Co. for 13 years, retiring in 1984. Prior to that , she worked at Cresmont S &L, Maplewood for 17 years. She graduated from Pittston High School and St. John’s Business School of Pittston, Pa. She was a communicant of St. Pius X Church in Forked River. Born in Pittston, Pa., she resided in Maplewood and Union before moving to Forked River in 1984.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Irving Lee, in 1957; her son, Robert M. Lee, this year; and her parents, Martin and Margaret Gilroy. Surviving are her husband, Philip F.; a brother, Harold Gilroy of Mountain Home, Pa.; three nieces, Kathleen Healey, Ann Zavolick and Elizabeth Schnabel, and a nephew, William Gilroy, all of New Jersey.

A funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Pius X Church. Cremation will be private. Growney Funeral Home, Forked River, is in charge of arrangements.
