Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of John and Margaret Reddington Grace. She graduated from St. John the Evangelist High School, Pittston, and the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Wilkes-Barre. She was a private duty registered nurse.
Surviving are four daughters, Betty (Jack) Fahey, Inkerman; Ruth Ann (David) Hergan, Harding; Mary (John) Capitano, Old Forge; and Joan Shrey, Forty Fort; two sisters, Ruth Grace, Old Forge; Sister Elizabeth Grace, I.H.M., Marywood; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas, Paul, John and Robert Grace; one granddaughter, Sherrie Lynn Shrey.
The funeral will be held Friday at 9 from Paul F. Leonard Funeral Home, 575 N. Main St. Pittston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in Holy Name-St. Mary’s Church, Shoemaker Avenue, Swoyersville.
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
