MARGARET B. LOFTUS, 86 of Honey Brook, and formerly of Fox Chase, Philadelphia, died Wednesday at Tel Hai Nursing Center, Honey Brook.
Born in Plains Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Bridget Hogan Brannigan. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Loftus, M.D.; brothers, Philip; John. Surviving are sons, Thomas Jr., Leesburg, Va.; John, Weymouth, Mass.; daughters, Kathryn Martinoli, Dowingtown; Anne (Nancy) Nelson, Omaha, Neb.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday from Corcoran Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, Plains Township. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Monday. Memorial donations may be made to the Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Loftus Fund, Jeanes Hospital, 7600 Central Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
